The map at yahoo.com has Bush 170 EV Kerry 112. It also has OH, MI, WI, FL, and MO leaning Bush!
Looking at data from finished states and comparing to exit polls, the exit polls are consistently off. Bush will get 1-5% more than predicted by exit polls in every state!

Kerry needs to win Cuyahoga County by at least 150K to offset the downstate vote. I don't think he will come close to doing that. A lot of the Cleveland suburbs have yet to report in.
