Possible, but it would mean a whoe lot o' 'street money' to buy them votes.
The vote in and around St. Louis always starts MO out for the Rats but when the polls are counted in the rest of the state it usually is enough for the GOP candidate. That's how it happened 4 years ago and that's how it will happen again. Just watch the returns.
