In MN if you have someone who is a resident they can "vouch" for voters that do not haVE PROOF of residency.
And the Dem's sent out a whole slew of emails to people on their lists saying this is where you go and when you get there look for people wearing buttons that look like "this" (picture) and then that person will vouch for you.
