1/3 of vote in -- BUSH lead now over 300,000 -- AND THEY WON'T CALL IT?????????The nets are right on this one. South Florida (Miami-Dade, Palm Beach and Broward) have not started reporting any significant numbers yet. Bush's lead will shrink as these counties start reporting.

Florida - average turnout for all counties that have reported fully is in the mid-70's, low being 64%, high being 82%.
