[Brokaw has more marbles in his mouth than usual. Did he just have oral surgery or something?]
My MIL was a Brokaw and a distant cousin to Tommy B.. I can tell you that all of her relatives after a couple of shots of hard stuff talk like they have a bag of marbles in their mouth. This is Tommy's last election.
