How many provisional ballots are actually in Ohio??
Anyone know?
Just reported on Columbus NBC affiliate 135,000 provisional ballots.
Blackwell said not more than 175,000. Other threads are reporting 135,000 identified. Ohio has handled these ballots for 10 years, so, without fraud, they know what to expect - not much gain for Kerry.
Blackwell also said overseas absentee ballots would be only a few thousand.
