It's great how the media talking heads and wonks are presenting these absurd surprise and awe-struck In Search Of...-like discoveries of "white Christian" voters in America. I almost expect Leonard Nimoy to run some video clips showing people going into churches in coats and ties and dresses while the documentary narration intones, "Christians in modern America? Yes, believe it or not in the streets of modern American towns and cities believers in the teachings of Jesus..."
