They don't know how many p-ballots there are. The SOS would know, and he said roughly 140,000.

ABC News is now reporting that the president 's camp will shortly be announcing VICTORY!

And the reporter has just said "It will not be a provisional victory"..Priceless!

The president will be going to the Reagan building to make an announcement. Where is that?
