Who are they waiting to conceded NV and NM? Cspan and others already have conceded Nevada for Bush...so what gives with this...

New mexico is finished counting and Bush won so what is the hold up?

CNN and CBS and ABC or NBC simply refuse to call that last state...what in the world is going on here? Do we have to wait for them to give the OK. Aren't the voters themselves good enough? Bush just needs to go out and do it...
