The Kerry camp has shut down for the night, they will wait to see the results of the remaining states, then decide if they want to launch a legal assualt which is based on the law or take another approach which can be preceived by the public as patriots fighting for a just cause.

NBC was explaining why they called Ohio..or why. [Now that their buddies CNN and CBS have gotten away with not calling it, they're getting defensive.] He said something quick about 'Ohio was called based on the reported # of uncounted ballots" .."at the time." NBC says Bush will give a victory speech if they get one of the 5 called states.
