I think the stock market knows that Bush has won. S&P Futures are up +11 right now and Nasdaq Futures are up +20!
furthermore...who the hell cares if not as many people voted as last time...
a ballot is only a vote if properly executed...and there is no legal precedent to go out and make sure people get their ballots in....period....
