I agree. For all my bluster about staying up until Kerry concedes, I have to confess, I'm bored and sleepy. I know my guy won (EV and popular votes). It's time for bed.

Jim Angel says Bush people believe they have won Ohio and there is almost no chance Kerry can pull it out. Pres is 140,000 votes ahead. Only 140,000 provisonal ballots out. So there's no way Kerry can win Ohio. White House has not given up on Bush saying something tonight. Or Pres might issue a statment. Bush people say there is no way Kerry can get victory out of 140,000 provisional ballots.
