If Kerry's margin is 25,000 in Clark with 81% in, then the most he might expect is another gain of 5000 net. The other counties provide padding for Bush. What is the holdup?

You're preaching to the converted here. Let me see if I can ger the Vegas/non-Vegas breakdown. If the Vegas vote is still out, that might explain things.

Chris Wallas says Dem party is in somewhat of a shamles and Hillary is leader of a tattered Dem party.
Barone says no doubt that GWB has been elected president. We are looking at a second Bush presidency. Says the question is will Dems self destruct over implausible election results.
