I seem to recall a story like this about russian speaking voters in 2000. Does anyone else remember this? Is this happening again...and if so...the GOP needs some serious training in suppressing voter fraud.
I believe in 2000 it was an issue of non-citizen Russians being given the green light to vote by a court...
