Why was the poll worker looking at her ballot without it being in the protective sleeve? In most states I've voted, the poll workers never see the actual ballot because you put it directly into the collection box. Something smells fishy all right...
When I voted, the worker could not touch my ballot, even to remove the strip-no touch allowed!
