He looked like he knew it was over. My wife walked in and I said Kerry is given us a glimpse at his concession speech. "President Bush and I both love this country..." his way of "apologizing" to the vets, and startub=ng to make amends with GWB, I assume.
Tereza and his daughters had forced smiles at best. Kerry himself looked to have tears in his eyes.
Turn out the lights, the party's over.
