Put info and links about Washington D.C. here. Kristinn, can you help suppress the vote there? :)
The city that would vote for Hitler if he ran as a Dem? What do we care about it?:)
I voted in upper NW this morning..orderly and nice.A longer line than usual, but it moved slowly. We have 2 good choices for the school board and they may account for the line.
Maryland freepers are talking in another thread about, perhaps, getting together to watch returns tonight but we have no location where Dims won't cause riots. You D.C.er's have plans?
John Kerry hasn't been seen in months.
Marion Berry is the engergizer bunny...probably the same one that attacked Jimmy Carter.

You mean the SNOW-KING of D.C. and I mean crack. He was caught on video and they still elect the man. Last I heard of him he was on his 4th wife. Where is he now?
Freeper greetings from just across the creek! The Mrs. and I proudly voted for George W. Bush over in Alexandria.
Voted in SW mid morning. In and out in 10 minutes. Saw lots of Bush/Cheney signs and no FnK signs! I also saw a couple "Dem's for Bush" signs. In DC, yet...Amazing. There were 3 Carol folks handing out flyers having a good time, but that was it besides a cop outside.
I heard the "mayor for life" is still out campaigning today...
Wow--I lived in Harbour Square ages ago, and that is something!!
I voted this afternoon on Capitol Hill. Real quiet at that polling place. Not too many signs outside; noone working outside, either.
The ballot box had a counter that showed how many manual ballots had been cast. It was at 765 when I voted. They also had one touch screen machine that was optional. I'm not sure how many used that machine.
The voting options (except for President) for a conservative in D.C. are lousy, but I voted for George W. Bush with pride.
