This, in a county where all local offices and state legislators are Republican. There were actually more Libertarians on the my ballot than Democrats. The only contested race will be for Congress (TX-17), which an incumbent Dem is favored to win.
Still, turnout is heavy...
Arelene Wolgemuth was on the stage at SMU last night with the President and he called her by name. I was in the seventeenth district yesterday. Lots of B/C signs with her name below. Some Chet Edwards signs with no mention of K/E.
