I just realized I didn't answer the question.
I do not fear such people, because I know that the tactics are way in our favor should such a conflict arise. Nobody else should fear them, either. They are doomed to failure sheerly by the numbers. This is before we get down to harder core stuff, like reproduction rates, self-sufficiency, weapons proficiency, energy resources, etc. Oh, I forgot, people in the military like our ideas better by a 4 to one margin.
