Remember the Rodney King riots in LA? Recall how the city's minorities relied on the 2nd Amendment to protect their storefronts, businesses and families?

When the police and civil authorities are outnumbered by the crazies, the Second Amendment provides equalization.

This really true - college campuses, inner cities, government entitlement agencies and the like will be magnets for any rioting. No matter what we think of these people, they simply are not stupid enough to spill over to conservative areas where the homeowners are sober and possibly armed.
