When has Larry Sabato been right? The reputable polls - Battleground, Mason-Dixon, Newsweek --- all show Bush UP by 6 points among LIKELY voters. Unless there's something I'm missing, its obvious Sabato's way off the mark.
Sabato did say one thing about a week ago that got my attention when he was asked about HI. He couldn't account for the polls that put it into play for Bush, so he discounted the tightening polls there. Said he couldn't see it going for Bush unless the election was developing into a landslide. Hmmm...
