What is the over/under on the time that the first homeless person in Philly is given a pack of smokes or a bottle of dry gas to go and vote for Kerry?
Have also worked at a poll where there were more votes at the end of the day than we had people sign in.
Have also been a pollwatcher for ABC news, long ago. The polling placed locked the doors to count.....which is against the law.....and did not let me in to watch the recording of the numbers. Called it in with the story of what happened. No consequences at all.
