even 90% turnout in a PA precinct is ridiculous (probaby 15-20% of voter on the rolls shouldn't; I did a walk the vote and their were a good number of people on the voter rolls that moved, were deceased, or the address didn't exist) ... because PA does a horrendous job of cleaning up the voter roles. Many dead people left on the roles and people who moved (especially out of state).
ARREST Fast Eddie Rendell and Philly mayor John Street ... they and/or their kronies are behind it.
