Thanks Meg. As I go back through some of the old news articles that detail the boring and seemingly insignificant testimony, it occurs to me that the DA has systematically rebutted the defense case in advance. So convincing were they that Geragos took one shot with Dr. March and then quit.

Looks like I will be at home for verdict watch tomorrow. I was fixing a broken belt in my dryer today and cut the top of my hand and nicked a vein...OUCHIE!!
Got several stitches and a day off so I'll man the threads for runningbear.
Bear, if you start a verdict watch thread tonight or in the am...I can do the pinging.

LOL - so right you are. Prosescutor Dave Harris was so good in cross examination that he even had the good Dr.s hair gel melting!! ROFL!! The Jury was laughing "outloud" at this guy. The expert was begging for slack???!!! OMG! Do you hear that giant flushing sound?
