ABOUT THOSE LAWYERS POISED TO STRIKE AGAINST GWB (EMAIL THE ABA ethicsearch@abanet.org)
Posted on 11/02/2004 4:09:47 AM PST by Liz
THE DNC HAS THOUSANDS OF LAWYERS POSITIONED TO STEAL THE ELECTION FROM GWB
Dims have been trying to setup voters in advance by claiming legitimate questions raised about illegal voters is "Republican harassment." Democrats want to give people the idea that the election is illegitimate, and that we, the people should not peacefully accept the result of an election.
The buzz is Kerry will declare victory no matter what the numbers show----unless Bush has an obvious landslide----and is already choosing his cabinet and putting up a shadow government.
DNC wants to tie up the election in the courts for months, not only over Kerry but over every Democrat who had a close election......including Daschle.
We cannot underestimate the threat by any means. This scenario is the libs fondest dream. After this election, history will be calling the Dumbocrats the Anarchy Party.
We still need to worry about the fakes Soros illegally put on the voter rolls. The proliferation of false ID's is also a problem. Fox's brilliant legal analyst, Judge Andrew Napolitano, presented this frightening scenario that hundreds upon hundreds of thousands are illegally registered by the Soros groups, and are primed to vote for Kerry.
Judge AN said the scheme works like this: people are registered in several names, then on election day individuals will be given lists and told in what precincts to vote, and in what name, so that one person could end up voting several times. Multiply that by hundreds of thousands (ugh). In some precincts they had 98% voter registration which is patently impossible.
DO THIS NOW. EMAIL THE ABA. ethicsearch@abanet.org
Re: Lawyers making false charges.
The Democratic National Committee has instructed their lawyers to charge voter intimidation, even where none exists. This directive, if carried out, violates the American Bar Association's Rules of Professional Legal Conduct in almost every single state.
The penalty is a disciplinary proceeding and potential disbarment. Lawyers may be zealous partisans, but no lawyer wants to risk losing his or her law license -- for almost any cause.
The ABA should issue a directive regarding the penalties involved for lawyers using their professional status to make unsubstantiated charges.

As FReeper Grampadave postulated: "Voter fraud must be made one of the most severe crimes in America. Those who commit it go to jail. Those, who organize the voter fraud, lose their homes, savings and double the jail time. Those who supposedly worked to insure a proper vote such as election officials if involved in voter fraud get the penalties above and maybe those listed below. Those who financed and controlled the organizers, are tried for treason and suffer the appropriate penalties. Any illegal is put in jail for 3 years, his/her family is deported immediately. After the jail sentence, they are deported. No one in the family can ever come back to the states after deportation. "
Undermining US elections----and democracy----deserves no less than this.

I'm a member of the ABA. They don't seem to give a hoot what I think. I can't imagine they will care what you think.

The DNC is not going to allow Kerry to drag this out because it will scotch any chance Hillarity might have in '08. At the end of the day, they'll play it straight because they know there really is a bigger picture.

I had come to the same conclusion. You validated that conclusion.
It's also glaringly obvious that the rats don't care what the people think, either.

Don't waste any time with the American Bar Association. The ABA is a voluntary association. You do not have to be a member to practice law. I once was a member of the ABA, but resigned over its liberal stances on most issues, particularly its abortion stance. The ABA has absolutely no authority to discipline any lawyer in any meaningful way.
The place to go to report illegal and unethical legal conduct is to the State Bar (Note not Bar Association) in some states or to the State's highest court in other states. Lawyers are generally licensed by the state where they practice. Some of those state licensing agencies and courts are quite serious about policing their ranks. Of course some are not. In either event, if you intend to register a complaint, register it at the right place.
