Vote fraud has been rampant in Philly not just for
decades but well back into the nineteenth century. Not only can the dead vote, but they're even elected in Philly and that's happened more than once.
This is the first election I've seen such attention given to fraud! There MAY be hope!

However, there used to be a Republican "machine" to counter the Democrat one. Now only the Democrat machine is alive.
I remember my grandmother would take the Democrat's nickle or quarter (I don't recall which) for the poll tax and then go vote Republican.

As PVT. Pyle once said: Surprise Surprise Surprise! I wouldn't expect anything else from a State that went from Gov. Ridge to all of the sudden electing that POS Ed Rendell!
