I hate to say it but I have run into a few vets who hate bush more then they hate kerry and it goes back to Bush Sr.

True I was in the Army about ten years ago there were many soldiers unhappy with Bush41 for a few reasons.1 when the Emir of Kuwait offered to give every US soldier serving in the Gulf war $10,000 and Bush turned him down saying his soldiers were not mercenary's he may have been doing the morally right thing but most soldier didn't see it that way.Then there was the drawdown when many sub standard soldiers with little chance of promotion got big cash bonuses to leave the service there was quite a bit of resentment by those left.While they were not thrilled with Bush there was even less enthusiasm for the draft dodging,don't ask don't tell Clinton.
