The GOP is coming on strong as a whole out here in the Aloha State. I'm hoping for a good day tomorrow. The GOP needs to pick up a couple of house seats to get above the 1/3 mark in order to avoid the automatic veto. If that happens the HIGOP and Linda Lingle can put through propositions to the public, which their polls say have strong support.

BTW, I heard a rumore out here that if Bush is re-elected Lingle is going to get offered a cabinet position.

Can you say "Governor Aiona"???

Do folks really think Bush will take Hawai'i? I'm not so sure but an willing to be convinced. The polls don't seem to reflect it.

The most recent polls listed on Real Clear Politics are slightly in the President's favor:

I have a friend from Hawaii, and he's voting for Bush and says parents are, too.

Bush will win at least 46 stats.

I wish you were correct but Kerry should win at least five of the six New England states.

I was just there--I think I'm officially addicted until the numbers are all in. It looks good right now.

Those battlefield state numbers are REALLY encouraging for Bush.
