Hey Judge - Yer too late! We ALREADY know what is happening. The WHOLE NATION KNOWS!

Maybe shining a light on these cockroaches will make them be honest. (Doubt it, really.)

"Your Honor, why is it okay to have UN election monitors but not American?"

That burns my backside more than anything. Feeling like a Dean scream!

More liberal one-world BS.

Think I'm gonna mellow out with the Dallas rally for President Bush on C-Span. He just got done giving an absolutely knock it out of the ballpark speech.

Toby Keith and others performing.

Gotta awake bright-eyed and "Bushie-tailed" in the a.m. to vote!

Minnesota's going GW!

I think the Judge clearly realizes that he is wading in deep ethics waters. He comment about "websites" is revealing. Amazing what a little light can do isn't it?

Are you making fun of Sen Byrd and the techniques of the Segregation dems? Shame.

UPDATE: The judge raises the issue of live reports coming from the courtroom and ending up on some website. What an outrage!

Liberals and cockroaches both scurry for cover and shadow when the BIGHT LIGHTS are on them.

UPDATE: The only testimony for Daschle was the Howard Dean supporter who had no evidence of intimidation. No voter or country official testified to intimidation. It was also noted that the judge accepted testimony via telephone in the case and Daschle could still produce no testimony of intimidation.

Rats tend to scatter in daylight.

That said, my dad knows this guy really well (and despises him privately, and that's something 'cause my dad loves people).

I really don't think deep ethics waters would bother Judge Piersol. Like most rats he is morally "right" in his own mind. I tend to think he'd go with his sorry guts to sway this election.

I could be wrong, and I hope I am.

There IS a mechanism to get decisions from the Supreme Court at any time. There was a legendary case where attorneys hiked into the woods to find Justice Douglas. They emerged with a signed order. If this federal judge, who should have disqualified himself anyway, rules in Daschle's favor, the appeal goes first to the Circuit, not to the Supremes.

Then why couldn't we get an injuction againt that God awful ruling about poll watchers in Ohio?

Ripeness. The dispute is not 'ripe' (timely available to the court's jurisdiction) until it has become an actual problem. An appellate court would never rule prospectively against a lower court's possible misjudgment.

WHAT ???

How exactly is someone gonna testify and SWEAR over a phone ??

If he rules for Daschle and it stands ... I shudder to think where we are gonna be in 4 years.

What a pathetic and fitting end to Tiny Tom's political career.

This is less about whether 50 extra fraudulant Indians get to vote, and more about Daschle staging a media stunt to try to shake things up a bit. Daschle just didn't like the way the jello was jelling apparently.

Don't be too sure. With no one watching you can sure put more than 50 votes on the tab.

If he's hearing evidence and there has not been a challenge or a recusal motion, its probably a little bit late to bring one now.

The judge is going to rule this morning just before voting opens - to late to contest.

Just wear a cowboy hat. This will cause all the leftists to freak since obviously an ordinary cowboy hat is just to scare those who support Kerry's desire to curry favor with france, which is obviously scared of cowboys.

Actually thanks to FR SPECIFICALLY, I think Nov 2 will have an INSTANTANEOUS news cycle which NONE of the networks will be able to match.
