Why is Daschle seeking to ban poll watcher and just as important, why ban the legitimate absentee ballot counting? This does not make sense to me?

Tommy needs the dead Indian vote to win. Can't vote the dead Indians when people are watching. So you go to a judge that is in his debt and get the poll watchers thrown out. Then stuff as many ballots in the box as you need to win. Simple.
Maybe the Europeans will come to the reservation to check the voting LOL.

Ellsworth AFB is in Pennington County, @ least a sizable chunk of it's absentee voters are.
