Well, I guess you could voice record it into a tape recorder?

ROFL!!! THIS is the best the judge could do? Hahaha!!!

Guess he blinked at all the scrutiny breathing down his neck. Poor Tommy. This ruling didn't make it any easier to collect the fraud vote. Plus, now we get to have fun mocking him the whole day.

My only problem is that if we do win, I'll miss these enjoyable moments brought to us by Daschle. About as fun as his whining about talk radio a couple years ago.

Any number of ways to get over this little ruling. hehe

I guess thats it. (grumble grumble) That decision is mighty high-handed (not to mention really flarkin' irrelevant)for such a non-case. That smells to me like clear bias on the part of the Judge. I'm sure the DUfuses think it was a textbook application of constitutional law.

I give up. Time to head home for the day anyway.

Then, when Pfieffer was leaving with Daschle campaign manager Steve Hildebrand, Hildebrand honked his horn 8 times to interupt the Wadhams interview, and then squawked his tires when dashing away.

Sure sign of a bunch of morons who know they lost ...

Recording the plate numbers could quickly prove something very very bad for Daschle that he does not want to be proven....

Voter Fraud

Stupid move on Daschle's part. He'd be a terrible poker player.

Desperate Dims make a pretty picture, do they not?

Gotta get those resumes updated.

We ought to all just make up random license plate numbers and send them to his office. I'm talking papers upon papers of fake license plate numbers.

Good grief, no doubt, I was also flanked by the two "Deaniacs" which acted as witnesses, apparently. I feel like I need to be disinfected.

what's fun is that technology (once again) work in our favor.

Compact digital video cams, cell phones with video cams, palm pilots now that double as phones and have digital picture capabilities. There are so many ways to easily (and clandestinely) make recordings.

It's a techie heaven and a DemonRats nightmare.

"Desperate Dims make a pretty picture, do they not?"

This is icing on the cake:

UPDATE: Thune campaign manager Dick Wadhams was being interviewed after the decision by KELO-Land television, KDLT television, and Public Radio when Daschle deputy campaign manager Dan Pfieffer dropped his cell phone, it fell under Wadhams, and Pfieffer was crawling around under Wadhams during the live interview. Then, when Pfieffer was leaving with Daschle campaign manager Steve Hildebrand, Hildebrand honked his horn 8 times to interupt the Wadhams interview, and then squawked his tires when dashing away. DVT correspondents are working on photos of the black marks.

Some rulings should simply be ignored. What's the judge going to do? Nothing, especially given his connection to Daschle and the fact that if the same cars show up at different voting locations, which would be evidence of possible vote fraud.

Can you say arrested development???

These people's actions speak louder than any words ever could. In simple terms, they never grew up. I know, no surprise, but you gotta admit it is so typical of high schoolers....or worse, grade schoolers.

It's such total BS. Everyone there knew it. The consensus among the protesters was that this was Daschle's death rattle. Someone told Tom this afternoon that if everything remained constant, he was going to lose. This is just the beginning of the litigation I fear. I kind of think of it like the old vampires in movies. The older they are, the bigger the bang when they finally get the stake. He's going down noisy as he can.

Everyone who votes is a public record

License plate registrations are a public record.

The rats do not want the two compared for obvious reasons.

BTW...
Was charles mix county one that turned in its precinct data very very late?

I don't trust this... it could be a slight of hand

I'd STILL keep a VERY very close eye on shannon county.
there were also two precincts in Hamlin that were corrupted.

HEY OHIO AND FLORIDA... Heads up. the Rats have tipped
their hand to one of their strategies!
