COUNTDOWN TO ELECTION DAY Ex-Navy sec to Kerry: Open up your records Questions rise on service discharge, apparently was less-than-honorable
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted: November 1, 2004 5:00 p.m. Eastern
By Art Moore
A former secretary of the Navy is urging Sen. John Kerry to open up his personnel files to resolve the question of whether the Democratic presidential nominee received a less-than-honorable discharge from the Navy.
William Middendorf
William Middendorf, the Navy chief from 1974 to 1977, told WorldNetDaily today that Kerry, who began inactive reserve status in 1972, would have been issued a document three years later either for a reserve reaffiliation or a separation discharge.
An "honorable discharge" from 1978 appears on the Kerry campaign's website, but a Navy lawyer who served under Middendorf believes that document is a substitute for one that would have been issued in 1975.
However, no such document can be found among the records Kerry has made available.
"I should think it would be in his interest to open up the files, to clear up any misunderstanding," said Middendorf, who later served as ambassador to the Netherlands, European Union and Organization of American States.
Middendorf said he cannot comment specifically on any action taken on Kerry, because he is barred, under the 1974 Privacy Act, from discussing personnel matters.
However, he enthusiastically vouches for the character of Mark Sullivan, who formed the basis for a story today in the New York Sun by Thomas Lipscomb, the first to report discrepancies in Kerry's discharge record.
Sullivan, who served in the secretary of the Navy's office in the Judge Advocate General Corps Reserve between 1975 and 1977, says the "honorable discharge" on the Kerry website appears to be a Carter administration substitute for an original action expunged from Kerry's record, Lipscomb reported.
Asked by WorldNetDaily to address Sullivan's findings, Middendorf cited the Privacy Act.
"I shouldn't comment other than to say I respect Mark Sullivan as one of the finest Navy officers we had."
The Kerry campaign has insisted that all of the senator's Navy records have been released, with the exception of medical papers, but the Washington Post and others have reported at least 100 pages are still under wraps. Kerry would need to file a Standard Form 180 to grant permission for full release of his records.
If Kerry received something other than an honorable discharge, it likely was related to his anti-war activities while a member of the Navy reserve, says Jerome Corsi, a specialist on the anti-war movement and co-author of best-seller "Unfit for Command."
"We've been arguing that Kerry's cooperation with the enemy throughout the Vietnam War was widely known by the intelligence community," Corsi told WND.
Corsi believes this is the reason the discharge is not on the campaign website.
"If he didn't have reason to hide anything, he would have released it," Corsi said.
As WorldNetDaily reported last week, two newly unearthed documents captured by U.S. troops during the Vietnam War provide the first concrete evidence that Hanoi's communist regime directing Kerry's group Vietnam Veterans Against the War.
A third document provides more context, showing that Kerry's 1971 press conference calling on President Nixon to accept the seven-point plan presented by Viet Cong leader Madame Binh aligned with Hanoi's carefully crafted agenda.

MSM will not be able to ignore this story forever. The military has it own code of conduct and it never forgets. Hero's are never forgotton and tratiors are for ever despised. The leaks have already started and cannot be stopped. Refusal to answer questions yes or no, will only make things worse for Kerry. His staff will not lie for him because they will be accused of being complicent as the story finds legs. Its CYA time. I think this is a very clever move, leaking the story before the election. If he wins there is three months before he is sworn in as CIC. By then this story will be huge! Commander's with more weight will be commenting. More things will be remembered and brought forward. His political allies will run for cover and it may expose those who supported this fraud. Very bad for the left and could take out their power base. For sure it will take years to rebuild the left. Kerry will find his place in history as a traitor and fallout will get a lot more. If not elected the story will be America has escaped a tratior's plot. This is huge and I hope everything moves slow and we do not return to the civil unrest of the 70's. I love my country and would rather see this handled by legal means. The left was defeated by the ideas and courage of Regan and Newt but they are not going to go quietly.
Here is my nightmare scenario. I don't think this will happen, I believe Pres. Bush will win, but, think about this:
Kerry/Edwards win. Kerry is out (after legal wrangling) due to the 14th amendment. Edwards is president by default. How is Edwards Vice-President chosen? If I recall correctly (I was a bit young when this happened) when Nixon stepped down and VP Ford became president didn't Ford select his VP? What if Edwards chose Hillary.
How scared would Edwards be of getting capped with Hillary as his VP?
If he has half a brain behind that manicured hair he should be plenty scared. It would be the perfect set up for her.
Actually I suspect he really was honorably discharged. If his original discharge had been other than honorable, surely witnesses to the fact would have stepped forward by now and testified to that fact. Kerry's not particularly popular among veterans, (particularly Vietnam veterans), so if he really had been other than honorably discharged I'm sure someone in the know would love to bring it to the public's attention.
Yes, The Federalists presented a petition with 180,000 signatures on it to the Senate, Congress, and Attorney General on October 18th citing the 14th Amendment WRT Comrade Kerry's activities in Paris and North Vietnam in the early 1970's. They noted that they will go forward with a petition to keep Comrade Kerry out of *any* office regardless of who wins on November 2, 2004. They are going after him on the grounds of treason wich are documented in the Hanoi files recently put forth by Thomas Lipscomb. We don't need his stinking Dishonorable Discharge to go for impeachment should The Traitor "win" via voter fraud tomorrow.
Point well taken, thanks for the reminder. I get the daily Federalist email and will go back through the last couple of weeks. I agree the only way Kerry will "win" tomorrow is through fraud. My entire household is on raw nerves.
I don't think the system necessarily works that way For Edwards to succeed Kerry JF'nK would have to be outed after he'd been president, at least momentarily. But under your scenario he technically couldn't have that moment!
Now if Kerry were to concede the point before the electoral votes were cast perhaps his electors could change their vote to Edwards (and the Edwards VP electors change their vote to whomever) and then Edwards would be President. However some states require electors to vote per the election results. I'm sure the Rats would try to ignore those laws; I don't know whether they'd succeed. If enough don't the election is thrown into the House where Bush would win. This sub-scenario is moot as Kerry's ego is a large as Gore's. There's no way he'd concede the point before the electoral vote filing deadlines.
If instead the hypothetically disqualified Kerry was thrown out at the electoral vote counting stage we'd only have Bush votes left to count. I don't know whether c. 260-0 electoral votes would count as a win or whether Bush would still need the standard 270 votes to win at that stage. If the latter then the election would be thrown to the House to vote amongst the the top 5 (remaining in this scenario) electoral vote winners. Unless at least one Kerry elector has defected to Edwards before the voting deadline Edwards wouldn't be an eligible candidate there. Bush would win by default. If Edwards got at least one electoral vote, so there'd be a contest in the House, Bush would win it barring huge changes in the House tomorrow. That vote goes as 1 vote for each state and Bush has a solid lead that way. So you'd end up with Pres. Bush and VP Edwards.
After the last 12 years, the Secret Service knows the difference between the two parties. There would be no chance for an unnatural VP promotion. If on the other hand that VP were to receive the medical care he's earned Bush might be able to reappoint Cheney.
If the House counted Kerry's electoral votes and declared him winner and JF'nK were disqualified after that then perhaps Edwards could become president by succeeding Bush! Veep is inaugurated before POTUS. If Bush's term expired a few minutes later and there was no one to replace him then VP Edwards would take over.
Another scenario would be for a 2/3 vote of both Houses to remove the traitor's disability and let a disqualified Kerry become President. I wouldn't put it past the senate to so vote. After all they voted 100-0 to throw a sham impeachment trial. But I'd hope the house could muster 146 votes to block that option.
We may finally have one! Check out this excerpt from a story in today's NY Sun:
Alas, not the level of detail or documentation needed to prove the point to the public before the election. Unlike with Bush's DUI there's no one at Harvard willing to dig out and leak the old records there.
People have been. I saw this on the boards a long time ago.
ABC IS SHAMELESS!
Move Over, CBS and NBC
by Fred Marshall Jr.
October 15, 2004
ABC delivered, on Prime Time Live on Thursday evening, the most shameless "hit piece" I have seen in any election campaign cycle. A brief but terribly incomplete summary of it is still available on ABC's website at this link:
Wounded Soldiers Come Back to Poverty
http://esampler.tns-global.com/eSampler/writetest.html?AOL,BBCNews
The 14-minute segment I watched is clearly a thinly-veiled ploy to discredit the current administration. The suggestion is that there is much which should be done to improve "the way our wounded soldiers are treated" and the implication is that the "egregious injustice" (that more is not done) is the fault of the current administration.
A casual disclaimer is subtly mentioned early on in the broadcast, admitting that by all accounts the medical treatment received by all is "exceptional" but hastens to charge that the government has not helped its wounded men to recover financially (suggesting that government is responsible to do so).
Before I explain this travesty in reporting, let me lay a brief foundation and then pose a couple of questions for ABC which are "seared in me." I should mention that I am a three-time Vietnam veteran.
Foundation: The conditions described in the segment (1) have existed in all previous wars (at least dating back to 1955 when I first enlisted), and (2) are not significantly unlike many similar situations that occur in civilian life. It would certainly be nice if there were provisions in all health care systems to provide more financial relief to victims than is currently available in any of them, but to suggest these are unprecedented is ludicrous.
Questions for ABC:
(1) Since authorizing and funding medical care for the military are functions of Congress, what has Congress done over, say, the past 20 years to address these concerns?
(2) More specifically, what have Senator John Kerry and the preceeding four presidents done to address these matters?
One would think that, with Kerry's being such a self-declared combat hero who was thrice wounded himself, he would be keenly aware of the plight of combat warriors. So, before we ask what President Bush has done in three and a half years, let's ask what Kerry has done over a span of twenty.
The segment centers around three cases, all supposedly discovered by a visit to Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC). In general terms at the outset, the narrator suggests that wounded men are forced to "panhandle" in order to raise money so that relatives and loved ones can visit the wounded veterans in the hospital.
I personally know of no health care coverage in the world that provides coverage for the expenses others incur for hospital visits. There are some charities, such as those associated with St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, which help needy families with such arrangements and expenses, but I am unaware of any hospitalization coverage which does so. Most civilian health care coverage only covers a percentage of the DOCTOR's visits, for crying out loud.
My own 85-year-old mother was in the Cardiac Unit for 19 days in a Memphis hospital recently, and I traveled from Georgia to be with her during that time and for some time after she went home, 80 miles from Memphis. Who will reimburse me for my travel and hotel lodging near the hospital for 19 days? Huh? The loving son of a helpless and stricken elderly woman has been "disenfranchised," wouldn't you say? Give me a break. Those expenses are mine.
Conspicuously absent in the report is any claim that these three men sustained wounds as a result of hostile action, although most viewers can be expected to assume that (1) the wounds occurred, (2) they occurred in Iraq, and (3) therefore they must be combat wounds. In one case, the narrator says the soldier has not received a Purple Heart but concedes that one of the other soldiers has received a Purple Heart. My read of that is that most likely two of the three injuries were non-combat injuries.
One soldier in the segment, Specialist Tyson Johnson, had been wounded sufficiently seriously that he could not remain on active duty, although he appears quite normal in the video footage. Wounded in Iraq during his second enlistment, he had not been able to complete the enlistment term for which he had received, in advance, a reenlistment bonus (the nature and cause of Johnson's wounds are not mentioned by ABC).
The Army Finance Center, therefore, sent him a notification that he must re-imburse the government for the unearned portion of his bonus ($2,717), a concept that has traditionally applied when the enlistment contract is not completed. Johnson has made no payment toward his bill. I believe professional sports heroes have to pay back unearned portions of their signing bonuses if they fail to complete their playing contracts, even though they are most often injured while performing their duties for their employers. But I could be wrong on this point.
ABC's segment stated that Johnson has to live in his car because the Pentagon reported to the credit bureau his failure to repay the government "loan" (technically, a bonus is a loan that doesn't have to be paid back if the conditions are met), thus "ruining" his credit to the extent that he is unable to rent an apartment. That, my friends, doesn't pass the laugh test. Where is his family? What rental agency would turn down a recent veteran of the Iraq war if he had an otherwise good credit rating and reliable employment?
Staff Sergeant Ryan Kelly lost his right leg "in Iraq." How he lost it is not mentioned. He is shown walking with a prosthesis almost normally, far better than most amputees walk. On camera he says, pitifully, that wounded men he has talked to say their families would be better off financially if they had been killed.
Staff Sergeant Peter Damon lost both his arms "in an explosion while repairing a helicopter in Iraq." Damon's monthly disability payments will be "calculated from a fixed set of federal regulations based upon which limbs have been amputated and precisely where."
The applicable statutes are found in Title 38, United States Code, and the regulations at Title 38 Code of Federal Regulations. They are not new. They have been in place for decades. They could have been amended at any time by the Congress. That they haven't been is not the fault of the current administration, or the Pentagon.
According to those regulations (and, incidentally, according to Social Security regulations) an amputee is considered disabled only if he has lost two limbs or one limb and one eye. I know that first hand, as I am an above-the-knee amputee myself and am entitled to no disability from either the VA or Social Security.
Nowhere in the segment is there any mention of President Bush, his administration, or Congress. Instead, ABC News went to the Pentagon and confronted Lieutenant General Franklin Hagenbeck, Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel (DCSPER). While the interview aired left the impression that the General had arranged to cancel Johnson's $2,717 obligation to the government, nothing specific was promised other than "we will take care of our soldiers."
Why didn't ABC go to the leaders in Congress and ask why the statutes and regulations do not provide a mechanism for restoring Reserve and National Guardsmen to the income levels they enjoyed prior to mobilization and deployment? Of course the Pentagon is the place to go to find out why a Purple Heart has not been awarded, but bureaucrats charged with the responsibility of paying and collecting money operate under rules legislated by Congress. The General can't change those rules, so why go to him at all?
And since Kerry and the media have been touting the endorsement of Kerry by a small group of recently-retired generals and admirals, what did they do during their tenures to alleviate these alleged injustices?
The thing that outrages me is the deliberate slant of the piece and its timing. Airing it just two weeks before the election is sure to mislead many viewers into believing that soldiers are suffering more under the Bush administration than at any other time in history. To make matters worse, there was an ABC ad during the commercial breaks promoting an upcoming special in which ABC says it has gone to Vietnam and found Vietnamese witnesses to the events which resulted in Senator Kerry's "winning" the Silver Star. They aim to "clear the air" on this "controversy." So, what do you expect will be the conclusion the special will trumpet?
Now folks, I gotta tell you all. I'm guessing there were probably 5,000 Silver Star Medals awarded during the Vietnam War....perhaps more. With the exception of South Vietnamese soldiers fighting with American troops, I cannot imagine a situation in which South Vietnamese civilians, or Viet Cong, could possibly give an accurate eyewitness account of an American warrior's actions in such an enemy encounter. Perhaps it could be done in a dozen cases, but no more than that. Yet we can bet the ABC special will purport to "justify" Kerry's Silver Star Medal.
We usually see what our own men do in combat, but the totality of his efforts are normally determined by piecing together the observations of several witnesses. No one man stops what he is doing to watch another. They are all fighting for their lives. For any participant, in an exchange of gunfire with the enemy, to identify some one enemy individual, while enemy forces are delivering deadly fire upon him and his comrades, and to be able to identify and describe the totality of the actions of that single enemy combatant, is a bit too much to expect from opposing forces.
It will be interesting to see what ABC has come up with. We know already that the intent will be to validate the story Kerry has told, thereby hoping to discredit all the accounts which have come from the men who served with Kerry and dispute his version(s) of events. And there can be no doubt about the timing of the piece.
If George Bush wins this election, it will have been done against great combined and well-coordinated propaganda efforts by the DNC, the Kerry Campaign, rock stars and Hollywood performers concentrating their concerts in the battleground states, George Soros and his "Shadow Party" support of Move-On.org, the ongoing massive DNC vote-buying and vote-rigging operations in battleground states, and the shameless help of the mainstream media, most notably ABC, CBS, and NBC.
Don't forget, ABC is the network which, on election night 2000, called the State of Florida as having gone for Gore a full hour before the polls had closed in Florida's Panhandle in the Central Time Zone, and called it with less than one-half of one percent of the precincts having reported in. Their intent was to discourage the last-hour voters in the heavily Republican Panhandle from voting at all. Election and media experts have since estimated that the early call most probably cost Bush at least 10,000 votes. Their mission this year is not different from their mission then. They want a Democrat in the White House and they don't care who or how he gets there, so long as he gets there.
If Bush wins this election by just 500 votes, it should be considered a landslide.
If he loses, then we will be in the home stretch of having lost a once-great country.
Personally, I have to believe that sufficient numbers of Republicans and enlightened Democrats will cast more votes for Bush than the Kerry supporters can cast, fabricate, and miscount. This is the most important presidential election of my lifetime, and we'll just have to wait and see whether God will divine that the right thing gets done or He has selected this election as an ingredient or component of the end times.

PROOF MEDIA MANIPULATE VOTERS -
by Fred Marshall Jr.
October 10, 2004
A recent internal memo, written by ABC NEWS Political Director Mark Halperin, admonishes ABC staff to present news so that it favors John Kerry.
Halperin Memo - DRUDGE REPORT 2004®
http://www.drudgereport.com/mh.htm
The memo states, in part:
"The New York Times (Nagourney/Stevenson) and Howard Fineman on the web both make the same point today: the current Bush attacks on Kerry involve distortions and taking things out of context in a way that goes beyond what Kerry has done.
"Kerry distorts, takes out of context, and makes mistakes all the time, but these are not central to his efforts to win.
"We have a responsibility to hold both sides accountable to the public interest, but that doesn't mean we reflexively and artificially hold both sides "equally" accountable when the facts don't warrant that.
"I'm sure many of you have this week felt the stepped up Bush efforts to complain about our coverage. This is all part of their efforts to get away with as much as possible with the stepped up, renewed efforts to win the election by destroying Senator Kerry at least partly through distortions.
"It's up to Kerry to defend himself, of course. But as one of the few news organizations with the skill and strength to help voters evaluate what the candidates are saying to serve the public interest. Now is the time for all of us to step up and do that right."
In other words, he's saying that their job is to "Help Kerry Win."
Let's look a little further at ABC. On September 23, 2004, John Stossel aired a short commentary on 20/20, in which he talked about the effects that large jury awards in medical cases have on our health care delivery system and on patient safety or, in his words, "Lawyers and the Little Guy."
He specifically made several not-so-favorable references to John Edwards. The commentary could be easily found on ABC's website for a few days but, after Halperin's memo went out, Stossel's commentary mysteriously disappeared. Poof! Gone! Stossel "got the word," no doubt, as did those who operate ABC's website.
Youve requested an abcnews.com page that does not exist.

Text of Stossel's piece:
Lawyers and the Little Guy
How Helpful Were V.P. Hopeful Edwards Courtroom Triumphs?
Commentary
By John Stossel
ABCNEWS.comJuly 23, 2004
Trial lawyers are making a case for putting John Edwards in the White House. If a former plaintiff's lawyer is so close to the presidency, we should take a closer look at the unintended consequences of what these lawyers do.
Vice presidential candidate Edwards made millions of dollars by doing good, say his supporters. He was a personal injury lawyer who punished bad doctors and was awarded money for those who were victims of malpractice. He won't give the total of how much money he made doing that, but in just the four years before he became a senator, he made over $26 million.
Lawyers were the biggest contributors to his presidential campaign, and now they've become the biggest givers to the Democratic Party bigger than labor unions, corporations bigger than anybody. Trial lawyers comprise one of the most powerful professions in America, yet we rarely hear about the unintended consequences of what they do, and how the lawsuits they pursue impact our lives.
Profitable Litigation
Edwards' career as a lawyer was such a success, juries gave him record-breaking verdicts. He was such a powerful speaker that other lawyers went to court just to watch him. He's described as an "articulate advocate for his client," by Richard "Dickie" Scruggs.
Scruggs may be America's most successful trial lawyer. He made a billion dollars from tobacco lawsuits alone. John Edwards has said he loved being a trial lawyer because he was able to help the little guy, but lawyers hurt the little guys, too.
Every product you buy has a built-in cost to cover what lawyers make through lawsuits. The cost of paying Dickie Scruggs a billion dollars in the tobacco settlement gets passed on to consumers in the form of higher prices on cigarettes.
But paying higher prices is not the biggest effect of what the lawyers do. What may be worse is what the fear of lawsuits do to medical care and innovation.
Litigating Health Care
In hospitals, the lawyers have bred so much fear that patients now suffer more pain, and may be less safe because doctors are concerned about being sued.
"That fear is always there," said obstetrics professor Dr. Edgar Mandeville. "Everybody walks in mortal fear of being sued."
The Department of Health and Human Services found doctors order painful tests they consider unnecessary, for fear of being sued. And the majority of doctors say they recommended invasive procedures more often than they believed were medically necessary in an effort to prevent potential litigation. I asked Scruggs if he thought that was accurate, and he said, "That's probably true
but why do they do it?
They make more money, the more they do."
But the doctors say it's because of fear of the lawyers. "Well I would say that too, if I were gouging someone and wanted to get away with it and blame it on somebody else," said Scruggs. Are they all gouging patients?
Clearly, there are bad and careless doctors, but in certain specialties most doctors are being sued. In fact, 76 percent of American obstetricians have been sued. Yet lawyers, like Scruggs, often say there are only a 'few' physicians who are causing all the problems.
Then how is it fair that three-fourths of the obstetricians get sued?
"Well, you know
that's why they have insurance," said Scruggs. Consumers pay for that insurance in increased costs, but the result doesn't necessarily make us safer.
A government study found this fear of lawsuits has made many hospitals reluctant to report problems, with as many as 95 percent of adverse events believed to go unreported.
Are the fear and the secrecy making us less safe? Scruggs' response: "I disagree with that. I think that's what doctors say."
Example: Edwards' Cerebral Palsy Case
Vice presidential candidate Edwards made millions suing doctors and hospitals on behalf of people whose children had been born with cerebral palsy. Cerebral palsy is a central nervous system defect that makes it hard for people to control their muscles.
At the time of Edwards' cases, the defect was often said to be caused by a lack of oxygen to the baby's brain during delivery. Edwards and other lawyers have argued that if the doctor involved had only done a Caesarean section, the child's cerebral palsy could have been prevented.
He won a record verdict in a cerebral palsy case after he told the jury he was speaking for the injured infant, in the womb. He was very convincing and the jury awarded his clients over $6 million.
Scruggs told me, "Wouldn't you want your lawyer to be just as clever and just as effective?" One thing doctors may have learned from these kinds of cases was to do more C-sections. The procedure is more common today for many reasons, including scheduling convenience, but doctors say fear of a cerebral palsy lawsuit has had a big impact.
Since 1970, C-sections have gone from 6 percent of all births to 26 percent. "And there has not been one small decrease in the cerebral palsy rate across the board," said Mandeville.
In a report released last year by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Academy of Pediatrics, scientists now say the disease is seldom caused by anything a doctor does in the delivery room.
However, today many C-sections are still done in hopes of avoiding a lawsuit, even though C-sections are a more painful way to give birth, as well as more expensive, requiring a longer hospital stay, and carrying greater health risks.
So, are women today experiencing unnecessary surgery partly because lawyers like Edwards scared doctors?
Edwards wouldn't talk to us about this, but his campaign sent us the following statement:
"As a lawyer, Senator Edwards took his responsibility to determine if cases were merited very seriously and would spend months investigating his cases. He employed a full-time medical staff to make sure the cases he took were those with the most merit, and he would not go forward with any case without the support of experts in the particular medical field. He also believes that we need a national system in place that will weed out the meritless lawsuits without taking away patients' rights."
Maybe all of Edward's cases were good ones, where C-sections were called for. It's possible that's true, but the fearful atmosphere that these kinds of lawsuits create has far-reaching consequences.
Consider the minister who will no longer hug a grieving parishioner because of lawsuit concerns or the teachers who are told not to touch their students, or allow them to climb onto their lap for fear of lawsuit. It makes it hard to trust job references.
Employers can't tell the truth about their former employees, as the truth might have legal consequences.
This threatens our safety, too. It's one reason a nurse who was killing patients kept getting jobs at new hospitals. The previous hospitals were too afraid of lawsuits to warn others that they suspected the nurse had harmed patients at their hospital.
This kind of fear doesn't make Americans safer.
Give me a break.
-end-
We like to say, in this country, that we have free elections. That is hardly the truth of the matter.
No one can deny the clear intent of CBS in its recent airing of forged, fabricated documents intended to smear President Bush on matters which the media have brought up each time George Bush ran for the Texas governership and when he ran for the Presidency in 2000. They know the bogus claims that Bush was AWOL have been disproven and that those promoting the lie have been discredited. They apparently believe most Americans simply forget and can be fooled again. Perhaps they are correct.
This past Monday, October 5, 2004, was the deadline for registering to vote in Florida. As of that date, Florida reports that more than 7,000 Muslims have been registered in the state by an organization called "VIP" (Voting is Power), whose parent group is the Washington-based Muslim American Society Freedom Foundation, an organization that has a federal 501(c)3 designation for religious non-profits. The group claims it is non-partisan, but its political action committee has formally endorsed John Kerry for president; its sole purpose appears to be the ousting of President Bush.
Florida is one of five battleground states Muslims have targeted for get-out-the-Muslim-vote efforts, foundation Executive Director Mahdi Bray said Thursday. VIP recruiters in Florida registered about 7,000 new Muslim voters he hopes will go to the polls on Election Day and vote for Kerry, he said.
Add to the pot the many recent reports of rampant vote-buying efforts underway by Democrat operatives around the country, their encouragement of Democrats to register and vote in two or more states, then mix it with the shameless slant the mainstream media apply, and it quickly becomes evident that our system could well be hijacked this November, especially in an otherwise-close election.
Put another way, if Kerry does manage to win, could it then be said that the PEOPLE didn't elect the President? Would it be more accurate to say the Muslims, the media, and the crooked faction of the Democratic Party did?
I think that's a safe assumption to make. If President Bush is re-elected, even by the narrowest margin, it must be viewed as a landslide since the odds against him are mounting by the day. Personally, I believe a lot of good Democrats have long ago seen through the smoke and mirrors and will vote for Bush because they realize this great nation is worth saving.
America's enemies endorse Kerry because Bush's stewardship threatens them. They want an administration that will favor them over us....who can blame them?

Have you read "American Evita?" It's a real eye-opener.
So are:
"Rewriting History" and "Hillary's Secret War."
Just shocking.
Before Sen. Kerry chose his VP candidate, and Sen. Clinton's name was suggested, Dick Morris said
he would recommend that if anyone chose Sen. Clinton as their VP, they should be sure to take out a huge life insurance policy beforehand. Maybe he was joking; maybe he was not.
