Nonetheless, it is the law.
Once again, back in camp on a Federal Refuge, all of the birds are on one strap, hanging on one truck...
That is another violation of the law called "pooling" birds. These laws are created so that game wardens can enforce the laws. If you pool your game, the wardens have no way of knowing who killed how many. That is why it is against the law. When you pool birds, EVERYONE in the hunting party gets a ticket.
and the Feds never say a thing, and never hassle us.
Nonetheless, it is the law. Which refuge do you hunt? I suspect what you are refering to as "feds" are not "game wardens" (conservation police, etc.) but rather site employees. That would explain why they aren't saying anything.
Sacramento, Delevan, Colusa eta al Butte Sink...
After 30 years I think I know what the hell a warden looks like.
There is no law against one hunter carrying out anothers game, as long as the other hunter remains with the first hunter...
Trust me buddy. Your grabbing at straws.
I suppose its illegal for on hunter in a party to do all of the plucking and cleaning too?
Hunt much?
That is another violation of the law called "pooling" birds.
It is NOT against the law. Thank you.
