THIS IS TOO FUNNY. SECRET SERVICE AGENTS CONFISCATED EVERYONES UMBRELLAS AT THE KERRY RALLY!! Bon Jovi just finished and they are getting ready to introduce Kerry. The rally is on the street in front of city hall from my understanding, and the rain is still pouring down. The wind chill index is probably about 30 degrees.

The temperature is currently 44 degrees and the rain is steady. Outdoor rally in Milwaukee on 11/1? Not too bright.
