The Court decided last week on a 7-2 vote (with centrist Spector joining the majority) that the Second Amendment doesn't apply to anyone who wasn't alive when it was written, that despite white males now comprising only 15% of the US population that affirmative action laws may still disciminate against them, and that Campaign Finance Reform shall be extended to prohibit political speech within a year of any election.
