The one and only plan I've heard from Kerry is what he'll do if we're attacked again. It's called the "Global Test." It boils down to asking other nations for permission to protect our own country. Since this is his way of thinking, you can sure as heck bet our military will be marching under the UN and in its colors and be subject to the International Court.

Wake up, America!! We have a good chance of losing our sovereignty under this traitor.

That fits in with his other un-disclosed plan to balance the budget...... if he can cut the millitary budget by 7/8ths, then there's lots of money left over for all those liberal handouts......
