Target date of your next Greer/Schiavo article about Greer's affidavits and other documentation?

Given the independence of all AG offices to deem matters "discretionary", what specifically are Floridians concerned about Terri able to do (politically, or even better, legally) to ensure that a vigorous criminal prosecution is pursued; i.e., is any one out of the four possible ways to remove Greer better for Floridians to initiate over the other three?

Here in California, a private Californian citizen is statutorily permitted to initiate an action if the California Attorney General declines to take on an issue. If such an option is available for Floridians, here's hoping someone will step up to the plate.
