Takes a big headed RINO to want to change the constitution for his own ambition. I believe it is Orrin Hatch who wants to change the Constitution. Arnold is looking to take advantage of the proposed change.

Yeah, but Hatch is only carrying Arnold's water. He's obviously "star-struck". Imagine doing away with 228 years of Constitutional law for 4 to 8 years of a new Arnold flick.
