Since 1936 Gallop has only been wrong once in picking the winner...Dewey/Truman. They picked the winner in all the super close elections...Kennedy/Nixon, Nixon/Humphrey and Bush/Gore. They are the Granddaddy of polls. Of all the polls, I will put my money on Gallup.

Gallup has been wrong twice actually. They also called the 1976 election for Ford.
