I believe that is a transcript of the video aired by Aljazeera. The question is whether they edited it.
If Aljazeera is spinning this tape, then we got a real problem in this story.
The tape was supposedly delivered outside the AJ offices in Pakistan, did anyone see this delivery or was it recorded on CCTV. I say no, because it is designed to appear that he is near the Paki-Afghani region. Of course no one will suspect that it was recorded by Al Jazeera operatives in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia where the terrorist broadcasting corporation are recording all his tapes.
The general message I get is that no matter who is in power in the US is irrelevant, it is not the president whoever it is who is in power that AQ is against but you, the US people who AQ is against.
You should not be swayed, influenced or intimidated by foreign influences like the Spanish or other weak governments around the globe. The US has a reputation for leading by example, not taking rubbish from terrorists and tinpot dictators. Vote for who you want and ignore the bearded one from his apartment in Saudi Arabia.

the tape to me looks like it was recorded on high quality equipment then degraded to make it look as it it was recorded on low quality kit. Of course everything the Al Jazeera says or does cannot be taken at face value because they have the same agenda as Al Qaeda.
