I don't care who catches him, I just want him caught. If the Indian gov't catches the bastard, it'll humiliate Pakistan. Pakistan's humiliation would be good in the long run for India (regarding Kashmir, the porous border, relations with Pakistan, relations with the US) and for the US (getting more out of the Pakistani gov't, reducing the "hands off" diplomatic isolation imposed on India), and really for Pakistan (the secularists will gain against the Islamofascists).

Of course, the Indian armed forces will have to incur 100s of casualties, maybe 1000s, but as someone in this thread said, India has lost a lot from Moslem terrorists.

Debka reported this sighting of UBL and they also said that Russian special forces are hunting him also, in that area.

We have more cooperation going on with the Russian, than what is out in the open.
