How will you obtain these Replicators? Direct one-way point-to-point transport from an infected planet where all the life forms are aluminum-based. They are never rematerialized aboard our vessel, so there is no danger of contamination. And as you know, since Replicators take the form of what they last consumed, their bodies are aluminum and therefore easily destroyed. You can even recycle them.
