"Is this Neville Chamberlain in the photograph?"
Yes, his notorious "peace in our time" plagerism of Disraeli:
"My good friends, this is the second time in our history that there has come back from Germany to Downing street peace with honor" - Chamberlain, after tossing the Czechs to the Nazi wovles for the promise of "future negotiations".

If elected, behind the scenes, Kerry will begin to negotiate an agreement with Jihadists. He'll sell-out our military personnel overseas and he'll leave the international situation in much worse condition than he found it. Kerry has done it before and that this man is even a presidential candidate, sickens me.

Ironic I had to guess at Chamberlain's identity in the
photograph, while Winston Churchill is a man of history,
isn't it?
