...10 hunters onto more than 2,500 acres of private land bordering the Brokaws' West Boulder Ranch during archery season, court records said.

And safety of the Brokaw ranch is at issue? This should be thrown out of court just for the stupidity alone.

Indeed... they claim they fear the use of high powered rifles... during the archery season???

Just like Brokaw, their arguments are internally inconsistent.

totally agree with you...10 bowhunters on 2500 acres... give me a break...here in the people's republic of mass it's pretty tough to find that much open land to hunt...I'm on about 170 acres and there's about 8 or 9 of us bowhunting it with no safety worries...more proof liberals are morons

Is this pasture, or woodlands? How long is archery season?

Just let some deer jump through Tommy's windshield, and hear them change their tunes...They ought to do a study on how much more likely the "guests" are to get killed by a deer than an accidental shooting.

To put it into perspective, that is over 4 square miles of land.
