I would love to see Hillary nominated. She would be exposed and destroyed in her Senate confirmation hearings. She would never be confirmed. She would be Borked big time.

Maybe...but from what I've seen of the leadership in the Senate over the last 10 years...she'd fly right through.

I have speculated since January 2004 that that was the game plan. It's funny to think of Hillary going after W.H. Taft's record of being the only person to serve as Chief Justice of the United States and President. She's no Taft. Knowledgeable Capitol Hill people tell me there's no way she would clear the Senate, but I am not so sure. Now, there is a chilling thought for Halloween--Hillary in THE black dress.
