This is in keeping with the DNC and Kerry/Edwards campaign's anti-free speech agenda. They have hounded Nader with frivolous lawsuits. They hounded the theater owner that was going to show 'stolen honor' with a frivolous lawsuit. Now they are clamping down on a network over an offhand joke by an announcer. The message is - if Kerry doesn't like your opinion you will be kneecapped. And this guy wants to be president? What a joke.

And let's not forget the kerry campaign's efforts to silence the Swift Boat Vets/POWs, with lawyers letters and a complaint to the FEC.

Remember also what they did to the swiftboat vets. And the comment from a Kerryite about Sinclair - "They better hope we don't win"

It's a frightening picture about what leftists really feel about freedom of speech. I have never seen a campaign so ginned up to blockade information and expression of opinion.

The nuts over at DU seem to think that it is Bush who is endangering the 1st amendment, while it is Kerry who seems to be the most frightening candidate I've seen in a while.

They will shut down all opposition under the guise of "hate speech" and "fairness". Kerry is making our founding fathers roll in their grave.
