I came across something very interesting myself

when Kerry was running for the Democratic Congressional nominatinon in Mass. in 1970, he was telling everyone he was "honourably" discharged in March 1970 - see his interview with the Harvard Crimson Tide Feb. 18, 1970

that would appear to be incorrect, he only left active service then

and it was pointed out as well that the DD215, an amending document, noted that his service was terminated in March 1970, except this was issued in March 2001 and the theory is Kerry had his record whitewashed in order to deflect any arguments or perhaps any legal action that he commmited treason or a punishable offence by his anti war activities after March 1970, whilst still a commissioned officer, hmmmm

If Qerri was judged to have "given aid or comfort," or "collaborated with the Viet Cong" by an official board with contemporaneous jurisdiction, nothing short of a 2/3 vote of Congress can restore his ability to hold the office of Senator or Vice-President, under the 14th Amendment, Section 3 of the Constitution. An after-the-fact Executive Order set in motion by a fellow traveler would sadly typify a disgraced legacy, as it attempted a continuing pattern of gaming-the-system. Wouldn't it be just too clever-by-half if all the government's supermajority voting clauses could be technically undone?!
