Why hasn't any journalist ever asked Kerry:
1. Have you ever not got a honorable discharge?
2. Why haven't you signed Standard Form-180 to release all your military records?
3. Have you ever falsified an after-action report? (the answer is definitely yes in the Sampan Incident)
