I haven't read or heard anything about its status in the federal courts in a while. Has a suit been brought involving the CFR Act?

The Supreme Court has weighed in and says that the CFR law is hunky dory.

About a month ago I heard Feingold say, during a debate with Michels, that CFR was working just like intended. Damn near fell of my chair.

Suit was brought (by the NRA) before the ink was dry.
It was mostly upheld. SCOTUS is not your friend.

The bill is both an abomination and a failure,
but repeal is the only recourse now.

Last I heard, the Supreme Court ruled the CFR to be "constitutional." It can't be further appealed.

Thanks, guys and gals. I'm blushing at having forgotten last December's SCOTUS ruling.
