Moore admires the Republican machine US activist Michael Moore has admitted that he secretly admires the Republican Party - because of its well oiled election machine.

The controversial documentary maker and author spoke to the BBC's Panorama programme in Florida as the battle for the US election entered its final stages.

But despite vowing to do everything he can to oust George W Bush from power, he also had a few critical words to say about some of the Democrat tactics in the election.

Asked if he secretly admired the Republicans, the controversial author and documentary maker told the programme: "Oh absolutely.

"Our side [the Democrats] just doesn't work as hard even though we've got the majority with us,

That's what I'm out here in Florida trying to do, get people fired up, get them off the sofa, get them out the door."

Michael Moore - described by George Bush Snr as a "slimeball" - was in Florida on his national 'Slacker Uprising Tour'.

The tour of university campuses is something of a personal crusade to rally America's students to the anti-war cause in the hope that they will vote for John Kerry.

He was invited to Orlando by the Democrat congresswoman Corrine Brown.

Moore, who has caused uproar with two controversial books and a film attacking the Bush administration, said he was in Florida because of the voting controversy which dogged the 2000 election.

He told the programme: "This is the scene of the crime

This just proves how much of a complete moron this sack of turds is. He is deluded himself into thinking that most people agree with him and the rats.

Ummmm....Mr. Moore....perhaps the reason there is no uprising is because they're all slackers?

Just an idea....

Michael Moore - described by George Bush Snr as a "slimeball"

Described by Rocko as an "unwashed, unshaved, superficial, lying, overweight, over-listened-to, loudmouthed, moronic skuzzbucket."

I guess it takes too much time away from eating for Michael Moore to work as hard as thee Republicans. Plus, you don't have to work as hard when you have the MSM in your pocket.

The Slacker Uprising Tour? No wonder these yoot are captivated by the Dems and their surrogates. And they have such a low self-image, that they'll believe whatever the TV people say, and are in awe at the prowess of a George Soros, or a John Kerry. I couldn't associate with this crowd in college, no matter how hard I tried.....

If only the Reps had a well oiled machine. After the Dems almost stole election y2k, the Reps have finally realized the value of GOTV efforts, but we are still years behind the Dems.
